With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Eithne is a seasoned HR professional known for doing right by all people. Throughout her career, Eithne has successfully led HR functions across diverse industries, mastering the balance between employee satisfaction, organisational goals and regulatory compliance.

A highly skilled communicator, Eithne has developed and implemented HR policies that foster an inclusive, productive workplace environment, and she feels comfortable in challenging ‘the norm’ for our clients to ensure they are doing right by their people. One of her key strengths is her ability to influence leaders to approach people matters in the way that is right for the individual and the business.

Throughout her career, Eithne has built a reputation for being a trusted advisor, advocating for employee well-being while driving business performance. She holds a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.  Furthermore, she is committed to continuous learning, staying on top of the latest HR trends and best practices.

When not at work, Eithne is also a passionate rugby fan, supporting her beloved Ireland. Having grown up in County Down, going to University in Liverpool, working in London and settling down in Bristol, her knowledge of and experience in various cultures and cities is  fantastic – you would certainly want her on your quiz team!
