Celebrating three years of P2HR

It’s been three years since our founder, Pam, launched P2HR, and what a three years it’s been.

We’ve acted as the ‘paracetamol’ for many businesses, easing their HR headaches so they can focus on what they do best. The organisations we work with want to do right by their people and that is right up our street. Supporting them to upskill their managers by providing coaching and group training sessions has helped leaders feel more confident, capable and equipped to manage their teams, and we take huge job satisfaction from seeing them flourish.

We’ve built so many new relationships and partnerships over this time and they have all helped us get here today, so we are eternally grateful.

Where it all began

Like any success story, there’s always a history behind it. Pam is a self-confessed ‘late bloomer’, changing her career path into HR in 2010, where she finally found her calling.

After working in HR consultancy in 2015, eight years later she took the plunge and acquired the HR arm of the consultancy she worked for, transforming it into P2HR. As a testament to her work, all her clients moved with her, with most remaining even to this day.

What does the future hold?

So much has happened in three short years, but there’s still so much more to come. The world of HR is always evolving, bringing new challenges for small business in Bristol and the Southwest.

As we look ahead to the future, our focus remains on:

  • Building long-term partnerships with clients

  • Supporting leadership development and manager confidence

  • Providing proactive, commercially minded HR guidance

  • Creating practical solutions tailored to individual businesses

  • Continuing to grow a trusted network of like-minded HR professionals.

We’ve spent the last three years building on strong foundations, so we’re excited about the future and continuing to grow and evolve and help businesses navigate the ever-changing world of HR.

And if the last three years have taught us anything, it’s that the best is still yet to come.

We provide HR consultancy services across the South-west and beyond, so if you’re in need of some support or guidance, please get in touch.
